"I cannot say enough good things about the Kevin Greco State Farm office. Specifically, Teresa! I have been dealing with a very stressful and time-sensitive kitchen flood claim, and after limited progress through the standard claims process, Teresa stepped in and completely changed the trajectory of the situation within literally 20 minutes.
She was responsive, proactive, professional, and incredibly effective. Most importantly, she actually took ownership and pushed the issue through instead of letting it sit in a queue. Her communication was excellent, she understood the urgency immediately, and she restored my confidence in the customer experience.
Insurance is easy when nothing goes wrong. The real test is how people show up when things are difficult — and Teresa was exceptional. Kevin Greco is very fortunate to have someone of her caliber representing his office.

"This is the kind of personal-business relationship I want with everyone. They are attentive. When I had issues with damage control, auto claims, garage breakin, tweaking insurance coverage. They have done it all for me. I was originally with an agent who retired about 10 years ago, but his successor was the Kevin Greco agency and Kevin had the good judgment to hire Teresa Lujan from the predecessor agency. She smooths out all sorts of issues for me, changing coverage, taking payments, securing additional coverages, minimizing some coverages, etc., I've been in the same house for over 45 years and I can't remember Teresa wasn't my go to person (although sometimes it was Angel.) Kevin and his staff are great. I depend on them and they don't let me down. They deserve this praise."
